Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Miriam Jones, and I’m thrilled you’ve found your way here.
I am a passionate health and wellness researcher and writer with over five years of experience in helping women (and men!) break free from the endless cycle of yo-yo dieting.

With a degree in Psychology, I’ve always been deeply interested in human behavior, motivation, and the emotional patterns that drive our eating habits. But my journey isn’t just academic — it’s personal. I’ve walked the tough road of weight loss myself, navigating through countless diets, trends, and wellness claims. That’s why I know firsthand how overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes downright frustrating it can be to figure out what really works.
